We’re recruiting into our Disability Services Team in DWP. We’re looking for people who are good communicators, and who like helping people. Our aim in Disability Services is to deliver a brilliant service to millions of disable people accessing support and benefits across the UK. Your primary role will be handling contact from customers, across services like Access to Work, Personal Independence Payments (PIP), and disability Living Allowance (DLA). You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a high standard of service by telephone and via correspondence. You will be at the heart of our front-line operations, helping our customers by providing a high quality, empathetic service. As part of a supportive team, you’ll be listening to customers and agreeing suitable solutions with them – you’ll be able to make a real difference.
