The CT-FIN Development Program is the largest recruiter of university graduates in the finance field across the public service. This structured 30-month development program aligns with the Office of the Comptroller General (OCG) and Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) National Financial Officer Recruitment and Development (FORD) Program.
Through work assignments, training and other professional development activities, the program’s two streams of trainees are supported throughout the two and a half years, with the CPA stream emphasis on attaining their professional accounting designation.
