In your role as Senior Operations Manager, you will lead the operations and effective delivery of court services within the Bundaberg cluster for Central Queensland region, managing registry leaders and a program of work designed to operationalise change, deliver excellence in registry practice and high performing teams.
You will provide strong and effective leadership to registries and courthouses, ensuring a supportive and cohesive workplace environment for all staff. You will provide clear direction and support to staff to improve safety, practice, optimise resources and create a continuous improvement culture.
