Salary ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 + super & leave loading. Temporary full time from 1 August to 18th December 2026. Onsite at our Lake Keepit Sport and Recreation Centre.
About the role
The Service Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing local services across the site. This position is responsible for contract management and active engagement with suppliers and service providers delivering asset and facilities services, including maintenance, catering, cleaning, and other operational support functions. The role leads the implementation and ongoing management of the site’s asset maintenance system and ensures the effective planning and delivery of planned, preventative, lifecycle, and reactive maintenance activities. These services are delivered through a mix of external contractors and on-site support staff, with accountability for performance, compliance, and delivery within an approved budget.
What you will bring to the role
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence by overseeing venue operations in line with all regulatory and statutory requirements, and supervising teams to deliver high-quality services and facilities.
- Oversee assets and maintenance of the centres physical infrastructure, developing maintenance programs, and coordinating landscaping, cleaning, and waste disposal services.
- Lead procurement and financial planning through the preparation of tender and contract documentation, monitoring financial performance, and assisting in the development of business plans and operational budgets.
- Foster stakeholder relationships to meet venue hire standards and expectations, ensuring strong collaboration and satisfaction among clients and partners.
Essential Requirements
- Current Class C driver licence
- Ability to complete a Hearing test (audiometric test) within 3 months of starting employment (baseline test) and a follow-up hearing test at least every 2 years
- This role will require you to work weekend and varied shifts. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Check and any requisite pre-employment health assessment. You will also be required to arrange a Working with Children Check, at your own expense.
