Together we shape thriving communities, public spaces, places and economies. Exciting opportunity to join the Enabling Works team to deliver key projects as part of the Bradfield City development. This is a 12-month temporary full-time opportunity based in Penrith / Bradfield office locations with flexible working supported. Salary is relative to experience, ranging from $129,464 to $142,665 + super.

The role involves managing complex civil and infrastructure projects that support the growth of Bradfield City and the broader Western Sydney Aerotropolis. The Enabling Works team delivers critical infrastructure needed to enable development, including:

  • Development consent and construction approvals
  • Roads, stormwater, earthworks and civil works
  • Water, wastewater and recycled water infrastructure
  • Electrical, data and telecommunications networks
  • Streetscape and landscape works
  • Regional stormwater infrastructure
  • Lot subdivision and road dedication

You will manage projects across the full lifecycle — from scoping and planning through to design, delivery and completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives. Success in this role requires strong project oversight, risk management, and relationship-building skills.

  • Enjoys autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions.
  • Prior experience with Part 5 Review of Environmental Factors planning approvals, road dedication and lot subdivision experience is considered desirable but not necessary.

Essential requirement: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or relevant professional experience.
