Vacancy Information
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Chellow Heights Special School on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive experience for all. You will work alongside the current Office team to support the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing general clerical/admin support, e.g., answering and making telephone calls, photocopying, filing, faxing, completing standard forms, responding to routine correspondence, sorting and distributing mail.
- Maintaining manual and computerized records/management information systems, e.g., pupil attendance. Undertaking typing, word-processing, and other IT-based tasks.
- Undertaking administrative procedures.

About Chellow Heights
Chellow Heights School is a large special school located on two separate sites, offering exceptional learning environments that enhance pupils\β learning and quality of life. These include outdoor provisions, multi-sensory rooms, soft play, food technology rooms, and sensory support rooms.
Our West Site is larger, featuring a multi-sensory hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy room, music therapy room, and jungle gym (soft play room).
Our South Site is smaller but benefits from extensive outdoor space.
