Department of Fire & Emergency Services WA – High Wycombe WA is seeking a permanent full-time Vegetation Management Officer to join the State Bushfire Mitigation Team. The role supports vegetation management and fuel reduction activities to reduce bushfire risk in the Perth metropolitan area and across WA townsites.
You will operate equipment for firebreaks, mulching, trimming and spraying, travel to locations across Western Australia during bushfire events, and maintain qualifications.
