As a Property Services Manager or Capital Projects Manager you will support the delivery of property capital projects and facilities services for the entire property portfolio. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective management of property service provider performance.
- Coordinating facilities management, capital projects, and accommodation services under the Whole of Government Property Service Provider Arrangements.
- Overseeing the day‑to‑day activities of small teams that manage national corporate contracts and provide business support services.
- Monitoring and managing the performance of property service providers for facilities management, capital projects, and accommodation services.
- Providing business support services to ensure efficient property portfolio management.
- Contributing to risk‑based internal audit, assurance, and advisory services related to property and facilities.
- Ensuring sustainability, security, and emergency management of facilities across the organization.
