As a Property Services Manager or Capital Projects Manager you will support the delivery of property capital projects and facilities services for the entire property portfolio. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring effective management of property service provider performance.
  • Coordinating facilities management, capital projects, and accommodation services under the Whole of Government Property Service Provider Arrangements.
  • Overseeing the day‑to‑day activities of small teams that manage national corporate contracts and provide business support services.
  • Monitoring and managing the performance of property service providers for facilities management, capital projects, and accommodation services.
  • Providing business support services to ensure efficient property portfolio management.
  • Contributing to risk‑based internal audit, assurance, and advisory services related to property and facilities.
  • Ensuring sustainability, security, and emergency management of facilities across the organization.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in property capital projects, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.
