You\’ll be the key point of contact for facilitators, participants, and practice leaders, ensuring training sessions and reflective practice sessions are well-organized by scheduling sessions, booking venues, and coordinating participant attendance. Working closely with the Workforce Planner and Rostering Coordinator, you\’ll help create schedules that fit seamlessly within operational requirements.Beyond scheduling, you\’ll keep our Learning Management System (LMS) up to date, ensuring training information is accurate and easy to access. Your keen eye for detail will help track learning progress through management reports, where you\’ll interpret results and provide valuable insights to guide decision-making.
