About the role:
The Developer role is dedicated to developing, delivering and enhancing the Regulatory Modernisation Programme. The core responsibility is to develop and optimise ServiceNow to ensure it aligns with the department's goals and enhances overall business performance while being assigned to a designated ServiceNow project. You will be customer-focused and will be able to share your technical knowledge effectively and contribute to problem management and planning activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for the Regulatory Modernisation Programme, tailored to organisational needs.
- Customise ServiceNow modules and applications to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
If you have some of the following, we are keen to hear from you:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, configuration, and integrations.
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Preferred ServiceNow Certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Cross module exposure is highly preferable e.g. ITSM, CSM, PSDS and FSM.
