The Government Soft Landings (GSL) Lead is the strategic lead for the development, implementation, governance and continuous improvement of Government Soft Landings across the DWP Estates portfolio. The role is accountable for ensuring that the principles of Government Soft Landings, operational readiness, asset information management and whole-life asset performance are embedded across the estate lifecycle, from business case development through design, construction, occupation and operation.
