The role focuses on undertaking assurance validation activities, including independent spot checks of supplier assurance outputs, and supporting the production of structured, data‑driven reporting and insights. This includes maintaining assurance trackers, analysing trends in compliance and data quality, and contributing to dashboards and reporting outputs that support governance and decision-making.
The role operates at delivery level, supporting BIM Assurance processes defined by the BIM Manager, with responsibility for executing validation, reporting, and data management activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and third‑party client assurance teams to support assurance processes, identify risks, issues, and misalignments, and contribute to continuous improvement of assurance methods, data quality, and reporting.
The role also supports the development and maintenance of BIM/AIM communication site content, templates, and processes to enable consistent assurance delivery across the estate.
The right candidates will be the touch point for a range of internal teams, supply chain partners, other Government Departments, with the opportunity to grow the role in areas of personal interest within a supportive and inclusive team environment.
