Roles and Responsibilities Applying their strong business analysis skills to analyse business processes, producing actionable insights and recommendations, and presenting findings to stakeholders with support from senior design leads. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive innovation and service improvements. Developing high quality user stories and participating in requirement-gathering activities, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs. Supporting sprint activities, working with digital colleagues to support the development and testing of system changes. Tracking and reporting progress on change activities, escalating issues as necessary, and suggesting potential resolutions to senior colleagues. Working closely with Enablement and operational teams to ensure successful delivery and landing of changes. Providing input into training needs analysis and working with the L&D community to enhance learning products as needed. Ensuring compliance with DWP policies and procedures for all proposed changes including security-related matters. Working hours – The contracted working hours for the Department are 07:45 hours to 20:00 hours, Monday to Friday, and 08:45 hours to 17:00 hours on Saturday. Employees are contracted to work a specific number of hours per week within the above times. Employees will be required to work the number of hours per week for which they are contracted. For example, for full time employees this will be 37 hours net (42 hours gross including meal breaks). For part-time employees it will be less. Hybrid Working This job role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is where an employee works part of the week in their DWP office and part of the week from home.
