GOV.UK and Signposting team: Ensuring accessible support information on GOV.UK, leading delivery that meets user needs. Data Enablement: Supporting a data-driven department by creating APIs and curated data for decision-making and external use. Job Description You’ll join a community of practice, sharing best practices and insights with other Agile Delivery Managers. Candidate Requirements Champion Agile Delivery using Agile frameworks. Drive high performance and motivate teams. Identify and remove impediments. Build stakeholder relationships. Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Utilize Agile metrics for decision-making. Person Specification Experience in digital delivery in an Agile environment. Promoting psychological safety and managing team dynamics. Building stakeholder relationships at multiple levels. Proactive learning and development approach. Experienced in Agile principles and practices.
