You’ll play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions, promoting Agile best practices, removing blockers, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring efficient delivery.
Opportunities in DWP
- DWP Digital Integration: Modernising legacy systems with new, API-driven architecture, involved in most Digital projects.
- GOV.UK and Signposting team: Ensuring accessible support information on GOV.UK, leading delivery that meets user needs.
- Data Enablement: Supporting a data-driven department by creating APIs and curated data for decision-making and external use.
Job Description
You’ll join a community of practice, sharing best practices and insights with other Agile Delivery Managers.
Candidate Requirements

Person Specification
- Experience in digital delivery in an Agile environment.

- Proactive learning and development approach.
- Experienced in Agile principles and practices.
