Our Digital Performance Analyst help shape services that support some of the most vulnerable people in society. Using data to generate insights that influence service design, delivery, and decision-making across the Health Transformation Programme. You work with researchers, analysts, and data scientists, to build a full picture of user needs and system performance, driving evidence-based improvements and supporting a culture of user-centred measurement.
- Performance Analysis & Measurement β You can develop and work with performance frameworks, KPIs, goals, and user needs to deliver meaningful analysis that drives improvement.
- Collaboration with Digital Teams β You work closely with digital teams building citizen-facing services, helping them measure impact and meet the Government\βs Digital by Default Service Standard.
- Dashboard Creation β You can build dashboards for stakeholders using Looker Studio and Power BI, making complex data easy to understand and act on.
- SQL & Python for Analysis β You regularly use SQL and Python to write custom code, join datasets, and feed dashboards with clean, actionable data.

We also have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work and collaborate flexibly. We work a hybrid model β 60% in the office and 40% home working.
