The predicted salary is between 30000 - 50000 ÂŁ per year.

The ideal candidate will have experience of and be responsible for:

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders to ensure effective customer interface, quality service delivery, and issue resolution
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee all service delivery by Estates and their supplier partners, fostering a positive team spirit and focusing on top priorities
  • Customer Feedback: Develop ways to gather and respond to customer feedback, encouraging teamwork within the team and across the supplier network
  • Strategy and Handover: Manage the transition from construction to operation, establishing handover procedures and working with stakeholders to set priorities and objectives
  • Onsite Presence: Be the face of Estates, attend onsite meetings, gain knowledge of the Corporate Hub requirements and support customer insights for the effective running of the hubs
  • Issue Resolution: Liaise with Estates departments, suppliers and stakeholder to resolve building services‑related operational issues
  • Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point for issues, working with supplier partners to resolve them promptly
  • Health & Safety: Manage Health & Safety obligations, addressing non‑compliance and staying alert to emerging issues
  • Service & Process Development: Ensure services are developed in line with operational requirements and contribute to and approve changes to operating processes, in partnership with the Integrator Supplier Partners
  • Commercial Assurance: Provide commercial assurance and support to Estates colleagues, ensuring approvals are received for Corporate Hub buildings
  • Supplier Performance: Oversee supplier performance to ensure compliance with established standards
  • Programme Support: Support programme leads to ensure building projects at the hubs are delivered on time and within budget, Working towards AssocRICS with a preference if already held, or
  • Working towards IWFM (Levels 4-5) with a preference if already held

All candidates who are successful at the sift stage will undertake a single virtual video interview. The interview will follow a blended approach which will help us assess candidates Behaviours and Strengths. You will also be asked an additional question to validate your knowledge which will be measured against the essential criteria as specified in the vacancy. Currently the sift is scheduled to take place w/c 3rd November 2025 and interview dates w/c 17th November 2025. Interviews are scheduled to take place virtually and dates are subject to change.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experienced within a property profession discipline.
  • Commercial experience gained within the Property/FM division of a complex, matrix organisation.
  • Understanding of building condition and performance, and related contract and clause management.
  • Management of external suppliers/contractors who deliver a wide range of project activities, from design phase onwards.
  • Experience and understanding and knowledge of health & safety provision.
  • High level management of key suppliers in supporting negotiations, managing/escalating issues, and engaging in key decision making with strategic consequences.
  • Interpretation and analysis of data to inform decision making.
  • Understanding and complying with Real Estate and related Statutory, Regulatory and Professional requirements.
