Were looking for someone to provide professional support across cost, contract, and programme management, helping to deliver building, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. Youll work closely with the Head of Property to shape and deliver the strategy for capital and revenue works that support the organisations priorities.

Top Responsibilities
Lead on delivery of assigned projects
Plan, manage and deliver through a team of project managers a series of building refurbishments and fit out
Procure contractors in accordance with the Agencys Procurement policies
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery
Provide and ensure regular status reporting for the overall programme
Manage and oversee the internal procurement process for assigned projects
Manage the performance of key supply agents in the delivery of assigned projects
Manage the project management team under your supervision

About you
- Holds a recognised qualification in a relevant property-related discipline, with membership of a professional body such as APM, RICS, or has equivalent relevant experience.
- Has a working knowledge of the construction industry, including fit-out and refurbishment works, and a strong understanding of the Health & Safety at Work Act, compliance requirements, building legislation, CDM, Building Regulations, and industry best practice.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing programme and project management governance, including systems, processes, and reporting structures.
- Skilled in developing and managing standard forms of construction and building contracts such as NEC3/4 and JCT.
