Base pay range

Salary: £42,848 - A Civil Service Pension with an employer contribution of 28.97%

Contract Type: Permanent – Flexible working, Full-time, Job share, Part-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead business change activities and collaborate with the project team to achieve the benefits and outcomes outlined in the business case. Champion best practices and provide expert advice to team members and the project community. Assess and understand the impact on stakeholders to enhance their adoption of the change.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing and updating the change management elements of the business case.

About you

This role is suitable for individuals experienced in Business Change Management. You will have:

  • PROSCI or APMG PMG Change Management Practitioner, or similar qualifications
  • Experience developing and implementing change plans using PROSCI / APMG or similar methodology
  • Ability to apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative
  • Experience conducting impact analyses, assessing change impact and readiness, and identifying/mapping key stakeholders and sponsors
  • Requirements management awareness – ability to capture stakeholder needs, assess, define and justify those needs to arrive at an agreed schedule of requirements
