The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) seeks a Head of Organisation Design & Development to lead organisation design and development across the Defra Group, guiding structural evolution in response to political direction and the future Civil Service.
You will head a team of around seven Grade 7 OD&D practitioners, work with Directors General and HR Directors, and deliver practical, evidence-based solutions across culture, transformation and workforce strategy.
