Defra is seeking an experienced P2P Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day P2P team delivering billing governance, financial assurance and cost-model management across a portfolio of contracts. This hands-on role combines ownership of complex cost models with ensuring timely, accurate billing and strong controls. You will line-manage P2P Process Leads, coach staff, and collaborate with Supplier Managers, SSRMs and programme leads to sustain high-quality financial governance.
