The Delegated Service Manager (DSM) role within DEFRA Group Property Facilities Management focuses on administering, leading and managing all contracts in the portfolio for their region. It sits in the Service Assurance Team as part of the retained Intelligent Client Function (ICF) for Defra Group Property.
The DSM is responsible for contract management and delivery for their areas, including the “gold” Integrated FM contract valued at around £800m.
