Defra is seeking capable people to contribute to policy and strategy work in Water. As a team leader you will guide a team of policy officials to deliver high-priority policy interventions and changes in Water, working with Ministers and senior officials.
You will build relationships with Defra colleagues, other government departments and external stakeholders, briefing ministers and shaping legislation. This role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities to influence national policy.
