We are seeking a committed and compassionate Pupil and Family Engagement Lead to join our primary school team. This is a key role focused on improving pupil outcomes by strengthening relationships between school and home, supporting families, and removing barriers to learning. The successful candidate will also take on the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) and lead on whole‑school attendance, working closely with pupils, families, and external agencies to ensure every child has the best opportunity to succeed.
