Take a lead role in supporting student behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and wellbeing, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained. Play a key role in the school's behaviour systems, including participating in responding to incidents across the school. Build strong relationships with pupils to support them in overcoming barriers, making positive choices and achieving success. Work closely with staff, families and external agencies to provide targeted intervention and coordinated support for students. Monitor and analyse behaviour, attendance and pastoral data to ensure early intervention and continuous improvement. Contribute to the smooth running of school systems and pastoral processes, including transitions and key events.
