The IT Officer is accountable to the IT Manager (SSO 4) for the provision of day‑to‑day technical support services that contribute to the reliable and effective operation of the school's ICT environment. The role supports the delivery of ICT services across the school's Curriculum and Administration networks, maintains and repairs the device fleet, manages help desk requests, and provides direct ICT assistance to students and staff. The IT Officer works as part of a two‑person ICT support team, contributing to a service‑focused culture and supporting the educational and administrative outcomes of Heathfield High School.
