Responsibilities
- Lead whole school improvement, including engaging staff fully with the SLP and addressing school priorities, particularly mathematics.
- Collaboratively lead and engage staff in the continual improvement cycle.
- Work with the leadership team to develop, support and implement the Site Learning Plan and Positive Behaviour Agreement practices.
- Assist in smooth management of the school including managing daily operations, schedules, timetables, rosters, and induction processes.
- Collaborate with the whole school community and share responsibility for student behaviour education and staff performance and development processes.
Part‑time and flexible arrangements may be considered.
