Policy Adviser – Better Futures Fund We are seeking a Policy Adviser to join a £500 million major Government programme, the Better Futures Fund (BFF). The BFF is a 10‑year fund that aims to address child poverty by supporting up to 200,000 children through a social‑outcomes partnership model. About the Role The role is part of the BFF policy team, supporting the programme management office to ensure that the Fund is delivered on time and to budget. The Policy Adviser will own discrete workstreams, generate ideas and evidence for the team, and provide direct support to the PMO Manager and Project Management Lead on governance, budgeting and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Own discrete policy workstreams within the BFF programme. Generate evidence and policy proposals to support stakeholder engagement. Support PMO governance, budgeting and stakeholder contact management. Qualifications and Experience Mid‑senior level experience in public policy or related fields. Experience managing complex programmes, preferably in social‑outcomes or impact‑economy initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
