DFC Work Experience – Office Junior/Architectural Assistant
McAdam Stewart Architects is a design orientated practice based in Banbridge. We are a practice with wide ranging architectural experience providing creative design and personal professional service combined with close attention to the clients requirements. You will play a crucial role supporting the architectural team and this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow within this field.
Responsibilities
- Administration duties for e.g. answering phone, greeting clients, scanning, printing, folding, post in/out
- Digitally recording information, filing, access information etc. There also may be an opportunity to work on drawings, labelling, collating etc.
- Possible out of office survey work/on-site visits.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic IT skills
- AutoCAD experience would be desirable but not essential.
Further Information
This work experience opportunity is expected to last for 13 weeks and will require attendance of 30 hours per week. While on Work Experience, participants will retain their entitlement to benefit. Those who are not receiving benefit are also welcome to participate. Travel and childcare costs may be reimbursed. Participants will also receive an incentive payment equivalent to £10/day to a maximum of £50/week.
