As part of its continued international expansion, the company is strengthening its leadership presence in Europe and is seeking a Country Manager UK (m/f/d) to own customer outcomes, adoption, and long-term value creation across the region. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy for the UK and Europe, fully aligned with regional growth, revenue, and expansion objectives.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing, remote Customer Success organisation operating across multiple European markets, establishing clear engagement models, success frameworks, and escalation pathways.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key installer partners, EPCs, and strategic accounts, fostering long-term and trust-based relationships.
- Drive structured onboarding, product adoption, and lifecycle engagement across installer networks to maximize customer value and retention while ensuring a consistent customer experience across countries.
- Own and actively manage core Customer Success KPIs including adoption, retention, churn, NPS, and expansion influence.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and value-added service opportunities in close collaboration with Sales and Partnerships teams.
- Translate customer feedback and field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Growth teams, directly influencing roadmap priorities.
- Align Customer Success operations with regional go-to-market strategies and support renewals, expansions, and new market launches.
- Oversee Customer Success activities across multiple European jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and reliable forecasting.
- Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel across the UK and Europe, representing the company at installer events, partner meetings, and industry forums.
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related discipline.
- More than 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations roles within growth-oriented and international environments.
- A strong background in the solar / PV industry, ideally within installer, EPC, distribution, or solar SaaS ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing and scaling installer or partner networks across multiple markets.
- Demonstrated success leading remote, multi-country teams within Europe.
- A strategic, KPI-driven leadership style combined with strong operational execution capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling effective engagement at senior partner level.
- High comfort with frequent travel across multiple European markets.
