- Serve as a senior point of contact for key installer partners, EPCs, and strategic accounts, fostering long-term and trust-based relationships.
- Drive structured onboarding, product adoption, and lifecycle engagement across installer networks to maximize customer value and retention while ensuring a consistent customer experience across countries.
- Own and actively manage core Customer Success KPIs including adoption, retention, churn, NPS, and expansion influence.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and value-added service opportunities in close collaboration with Sales and Partnerships teams.

- Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel across the UK and Europe, representing the company at installer events, partner meetings, and industry forums.
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related discipline.
- More than 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations roles within growth-oriented and international environments.
- A strong background in the solar / PV industry, ideally within installer, EPC, distribution, or solar SaaS ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing and scaling installer or partner networks across multiple markets.
- Demonstrated success leading remote, multi-country teams within Europe.
