Qui sommes-nous? La Direction Générale adjointe de la Solidarité (DGAS) traite de toutes les questions allant de la protection maternelle et infantile, protection de l’enfance, aide aux personnes âgées et handicapées en passant par l’emploi et la santé. A travers ces différentes missions, elle œuvre au quotidien pour faire du Département un territoire de la solidarité et de lutte contre les inégalités.
Vos missions
- Au sein du service PMI et Santé Sexuelle (PMI2S), la puéricultrice territoriale participe au développement et à l'éveil des enfants.
- Elle assure la protection et la promotion de la santé de l'enfant et de sa famille.
- Elle conseille et accompagne les parents des enfants de 0 à 6 ans (conditions définies par la loi du 18/12/1989, et mises en œuvre par le Département).
- Organiser et effectuer des consultations d'enfants.
- Organiser et effectuer des bilans en écoles maternelles.
- Organiser et effectuer des visites à domicile.
- Participer au suivi médicalisé des enfants de 0 à 6 ans placés chez les assistants familiaux.
- Participer aux missions d'évaluation et de protection de l'enfance.
- Participer aux évaluations en vue de l'agrément des assistants maternels, des assistants familiaux et au suivi de ceux-ci.
- Participer à des actions collectives.
- Rendre compte de votre activité.
Venez rejoindre une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée d'une sage‑femme, d'une infirmière, de puéricultrices, d'assistantes administratives, d'une conseillère conjugale et familiale, d'une éducatrice de jeunes enfants et d'une cheffe de service et son adjoint.
Votre profil
- Vous avez connaissance des missions en PMI, de la politique médico‑social du Département et de l'environnement institutionnel.
- Vous savez conseiller dans le champ de la prévention, conduire des entretiens individuels et collectifs, construire un projet d'action de prévention et d'éducation à la santé.
- Vous savez observer, alerter et évaluer le risque de danger d'une situation individuelle et familiale.
- Vous êtes autonome, à l'écoute, empathique.
