- Vos missions
- Réaliser des travaux de maintenance générale des bâtiments
- Entretien, maintenance, prévention et dépannage des matériels, outillages, équipements, systèmes, dans son domaine d'activité
- Suivi de la réalisation des travaux, de la résolution des problèmes spécifiques à son domaine d'activité
- Entretenir et améliorer les espaces verts, les terrasses et les extérieurs
- Nettoyage et maintenance des équipements, machines, outillages, véhicules spécifiques à son domaine d'activité
- Entretien des espaces verts
- Veiller à l’entretien des véhicules (visites régulières, contrôle technique, …) et au nettoyage des véhicules qu’il a en responsabilité
- Planification et mise en œuvre de l''entretien du parc véhicules
- Accompagne les entreprises intervenant sur le site (gaz, électricité, ascenseurs,…)
- Réceptionne et signe les bons de livraisons
- Réaliser des astreintes techniques les week-ends et jours fériés
- Votre profil
Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire, en maintenance des bâtiments, services techniques, entretien polyvalent ou dans les métiers du bâtiment.
Reconnu pour votre polyvalence, vous possédez de bonnes compétences techniques en maintenance générale (plomberie, électricité, menuiserie, peinture, petits travaux d'aménagement).
Vous savez diagnostiquer une panne, proposer des solutions adaptées et intervenir en toute autonomie sur des opérations de premier niveau.
Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé, vous faites preuve d'initiative, de réactivité et d'un véritable sens du service.
Votre esprit d'équipe et votre capacité à anticiper les besoins vous permettent de contribuer efficacement au bon fonctionnement de l'établissement.
