Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Application Analyst I plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our Citrix XenMobile MDM SaaS platform. This role collaborates with IT teams, healthcare professionals, and end-users to ensure the efficient and secure management of mobile devices used in healthcare settings.

Essential Functions:

  • Citrix XenMobile MDM Support: Provide first-level support for Citrix XenMobile MDM SaaS platform, including device enrollment, configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting. (15%)
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to mobile devices, applications, and MDM configurations, with an emphasis on minimizing disruptions in healthcare operations. (15%)
  • User Support: Assist end-users and healthcare professionals in setting up and managing mobile devices, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices. (10%)
  • Mobile Application Management (MAM): Support the deployment, updating, and management of healthcare-specific mobile applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. (10%)
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of mobile devices, track user access, and ensure proper asset management within the Citrix XenMobile environment. (10%)
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of Citrix XenMobile configurations, policies, and troubleshooting procedures. (10%)
  • End-User Training: Provide training to healthcare staff on the proper use of mobile devices and applications to enhance productivity and data security. (10%)
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and healthcare providers, to ensure the seamless operation of mobile device management. (10%)
  • Data Security: Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce data protection measures, implement encryption, and ensure HIPAA compliance in mobile device management. (5%)
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the Citrix XenMobile MDM environment and actively participate in upgrades, patches, and enhancements. (5%)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Work Experience: 1-3 years previous experience with Citrix XenMobile MDM SaaS platform or other MDM solutions required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile device management principles and best practices, especially in healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of mobile application management (MAM) and mobile security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary: $61,400.00 - $92,100.00 / yr
