We\’re hiring for a Workfront Product Owner as part of dentsu in London.

Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Workfront Product Leader to join our dedicated Workfront platform team. Reporting to senior technology leadership and closely partnering with business leaders, you will manage the Workfront solutioning team, playing a key role in driving global adoption, stakeholder engagement, and accountable for effective product management.

The ideal candidate is a talented, passionate, and influential Product Leader with outstanding analytical skills, deep Workfront knowledge and compelling storytelling capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, skilfully uniting cross-functional teams behind a shared vision. You emphasise quality, facilitate informed decision-making, and take pride in leading a team that consistently delivers user-centred solutions aligned to strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the solutioning team, overseeing solution and integration architecture, platform delivery, and business analysis.
  • Acting as the global ambassador and lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Workfront platform, partnering with global stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
  • Driving the analysis and prioritisation of business requirements globally, leading the creation of robust solutions aligned to strategic business goals.
  • Providing leadership and guidance across the extended Workfront platform team, overseeing all aspects of solution and integration architecture, strategic project delivery, business analysis and supporting the ongoing success of the Workfront platform adoption.
  • Working with development teams, articulating the goals, outcomes and requirements in sufficient detail that the development teams can deliver
  • Ensuring meticulous standards in solution design, platform governance, and process compliance.
  • Maintaining a keen awareness of Workfront platform enhancements, releases, and roadmap, proactively advising global stakeholders on their impact.
  • Forging strong, collaborative partnerships with senior business leaders and the Resource & Project Management CoE to continuously refine and enhance the Workfront roadmap.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Demonstrated success leading large scale deployments within complex global organisations.
  • Extensive experience leading a solutions team to gather requirements, design, configure, and test the platform.
  • Substantial and proven experience managing and leading teams.
  • Workfront Expert-level certification with expert-level knowledge of Workfront platform capabilities.
  • Substantial overall experience in solution design, with several years specifically focused on the Workfront platform and its ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in creating productive cross-functional relationships across diverse global teams, including Operations, Finance, Technology, and other business functions.

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
