Strategy and Coordination of the CoEHelping to define and evolve the CoE's global strategy, aligning with the One Dentsu ethos and integrated operating model to support the business, leading the team to build from strong foundations. Establish governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks to elevate delivery standards across the usage of Workfront.
Transformation EnablementProvide SME and business support across Workfront and RPM implementations, migrations and BAU support. Partner with regional and functional leads to align their needs and business priorities with emerging Workfront releases and configuration. Support the development of new and emerging capabilities around the end-to-end use of Workfront and integrated products.
Supporting Business Users to be More EffectiveFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence through coaching and community building. Support the design and delivery of training programs to upskill project managers and resource leads across markets.
Stakeholder Engagement and CollaborationServe as a visible, trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on project health, resource efficiency, and delivery risks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Creative Ops to drive alignment and transparency.
Innovation, Research and Continuous ImprovementMaintain an overview of the wider industry and RPM ecosystem trends. Liaise with Adobe and other partners to understand product roadmaps, future developments, putting change into context of how dentsu will be impacted.
The successful candidate will need to have deep knowledge of both resource and project management as well as the commercial aspects of delivery. They will have experience of coordinating cross-functional, client-facing teams: giving them the credibility and gravitas to understand and communicate with the business. They will know about process development, operational excellence and system implementation, being able to manage a diverse range of stakeholders and sponsors across a global footprint. Experience of resource and project management platforms, crucially Workfront, will be essential as one of the major RPM solutions used across dentsu.
Qualifications- Proven experience leading project/resource management functions in a global, matrixed, creative or marketing organization or relevant professional services business model - this could be either client facing or internal.
- And/or experience delivering transformational work around resource and project management, particularly with a Consulting based approach/background.
- Deep understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and resource planning principles across industries.
- Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and disciplines.
- Expertise in project management tools and systems; Workfront experience will be important but other technologies can be relevant too.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
