Purpose of the Role

This role supports members of the Dentsu Creative UK Executive Leadership Team, providing high-quality administrative, organisational, and coordination support. The Team Assistant acts as a trusted partner-managing complex diaries, ensuring seamless travel and logistics, and supporting the smooth running of meetings, office activity, and key events. This is a varied role with exposure across senior stakeholders, offering the opportunity to contribute to team culture, internal events, and presentation preparation.

What you'll do

  • Executive & Team Support
    • Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to multiple ELT members
    • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across regions and time zones
    • Act as a trusted point of contact, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Meetings & Coordination
    • Schedule and prioritise meetings across stakeholders and time zones
    • Organise meeting logistics including rooms, AV/IT support, refreshments, and agendas
    • Support preparation of meeting materials and follow up on actions where required
    • Welcome and coordinate external clients and visitors
  • Travel & Expenses
    • Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas where required
    • Create clear and detailed travel itineraries
    • Manage travel bookings and expenses efficiently
  • Office & Events Support
    • Support office management activities as needed
    • Assist in the planning and delivery of internal and external events
    • Contribute to creating a positive and well-organised working environment
  • Content & Presentation Support
    • Assist with the preparation and formatting of presentations, documents, and reports
    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop presentation-building skills
