We are hiring for a Senior Communications Manager to join our Global Communications team in London.
Purpose of the Role
This role sits within the Global Communications team and plays a key role in shaping and delivering strategic communications that support our people and culture agenda. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the HR team to develop and execute communication strategies that bring to life our HR programs, leadership strategy, employee experience initiatives, and culture-building campaigns. This role is responsible for crafting compelling people-first communications that inform, inspire, and engage employees across the business. It will support a wide range of HR-led initiatives from talent development and DEI to performance management, wellbeing, and leadership engagement, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with our global narrative. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders with strong storytelling skills, a deep understanding of employee needs, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR team to develop and deliver communications strategies that support key HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Lead communications for people and culture campaigns including DEI, wellbeing, learning and development, performance, and employee engagement.
- Support leadership communications related to HR strategy, organizational priorities, and people-focused transformation.
- Create compelling content and messaging frameworks that bring HR initiatives to life across multiple channels and formats (e.g. intranet, video, events, internal social, newsletters).
- Provide strategic counsel and tactical support to HR and business leaders to ensure consistent, authentic, and impactful communication.
- Design and implement key global functional communications activities within HR such as quarterly functional updates and town halls.
- Collaborate with the Global Communications Network to ensure alignment and amplification of HR messages across regions and functions.
Qualifications Skills
- Proven experience in employee communications with a strong focus on HR, people and culture, or internal engagement.
- Strong understanding of HR programs and the employee lifecycle with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Experience working in a global matrixed organization and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills able to craft messages that resonate across diverse audiences.
- Skilled in using digital and social channels to drive employee engagement.
- Confident advising senior leaders and HR partners on communication strategy and execution.
What we offer
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday. As well as a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs.
