Dentsu B2B is Dentsu's specialist group delivering end-to-end solutions for B2B businesses. Our B2B creative team is fully integrated into Dentsu Creative, and we are experiencing exciting growth with key B2B clients. We are now seeking a Senior ABM Strategist to be part of that growth.

Purpose of the Role

Working closely with the B2B Strategy Director, the Senior ABM Strategist will develop and deliver innovative and effective Vertical- and Account-based strategies that drive business growth for one of our key high-profile B2B clients in the Tech/Telco space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to B2B clients, devising and delivering innovative ABM/X plans and strategies that grow client business.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with client-side project owners and vertical leads, helping them navigate strategic challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver customer growth-focused strategies with a primary focus on ABM/X, targeting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts.
  • Work closely with creative and tech teams, as well as media and other partners to bring strategies to life.
  • Share ABM/X knowledge with the wider strategy and agency teams.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Proven brand to demand planning experience, including developing account-based experience (ABX) strategies and content strategies across Enterprise and/or Public Sector Accounts.
  • Experienced in developing customer strategies and mapping customer journeys.
  • Ability to demonstrate and develop compelling insight-led creative briefs that lead to impactful and effective creative output that drives business outcomes.
  • An ability to get 'in' the client's business, not just 'on' it and be a genuine strategic operator who can help our clients drive growth.
  • Lateral and creative thinking with the ability to cut through complexity.
  • Curious and inquisitive about customer behaviour, society and culture.
