Purpose of the Role
You\'ll be working within the fast-paced and exciting Planning & Buying team that works across a wide range of non-network agencies. As an assistant, you\'ll work across the portfolio of agencies, assisting your senior colleagues, working across several agency accounts with a view to develop the skills to confidently plan and buy Out of Home (OOH) campaigns that deliver consistent high-quality solutions.

Job Description:

You\'ll be working within the fast-paced and exciting Planning & Buying team that works across a wide range of non-network agencies. As an assistant, you\'ll work across the portfolio of agencies, assisting your senior colleagues, working across several agency accounts with a view to develop the skills to confidently plan and buy Out of Home (OOH) campaigns that deliver consistent high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the team with media Planning & Buying across all agency accounts, working end to end across all stages of the planning and buying process from brief to campaign execution and post campaign analysis.

• Develop market knowledge and an understanding of its positioning in the media mix.

• Collating competitive analysis reports and post campaign reports.

• Develop a thorough knowledge of proprietary planning tools, incorporating their use daily.

• Develop awareness and understanding of Posterscope\' s commercial agenda, and ensuring these are adhered to in the planning & buying process.

• Be proactive in making and maintaining positive relationships with key agency/client/media owner contacts.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal with a variety of people. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

• Resilient and able to handle conflict and deadlines in a pressurised environment.
