As OOH Innovation Director you'll be responsible for leading creative innovation and the end‑to‑end project management of complex, non‑standard OOH, DOOH and experiential activations. This is a hands‑on role requiring ownership from brief and concept development through production, build, installation, live delivery and post‑campaign review. You'll be the single point of accountability for delivery, managing timelines, budgets, risk and cross‑functional teams to ensure work is delivered safely on time and to the highest standard. Working closely with dentsu agencies, clients and the wider Posterscope Innovation community, you'll bridge creative ambition with operational rigour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full end‑to‑end project management of non‑standard OOH / DOOH and experiential campaigns, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a premium standard.
  • Act as delivery lead and project owner; accountable for timelines, budgets, quality and risk, building and managing detailed project plans, production schedules and delivery roadmaps.
  • Receiving and interrogating briefs alongside the planning and buying teams with a focus on creativity and innovation.
  • Lead the ideation for non‑standard OOH / DOOH with a strong focus on deliverability and feasibility and translate ambitious ideas into credible, well‑scoped and executable solutions that can be presented to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, trusted network of specialist suppliers and production partners, driving growth for OOH business through selling creative ideas, new products and services.
  • Stay ahead of new creative technology, OOH production methods, materials and experiential techniques & opportunities to diversify revenue for business and stakeholders.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Proven experience in the OOH landscape, delivering non‑standard OOH, special builds & experiential campaigns with good knowledge of OOH media owners.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex builds, timelines, budgets and supplier networks.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, able to communicate and collaborate across a wide internal and external network or stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working within agency frameworks with excellent presentation skills for selling in ideas and pitches.
  • Senior‑level project management capability, with end‑to‑end ownership of delivery.
  • A creative mindset combined with a delivery‑first, detail‑driven approach, calm and solutions focused under pressure.
