As Client Manager at iProspect, you will support the Client Director in delivering excellence across a well-known account, while also contributing to global projects. This role is central to ensuring ways of working, strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and high client satisfaction across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of a well-known account, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in execution.
  • Lead delivery and creation of QBRS & PCAs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead weekly performance check-ins.
  • Support teams with reporting and ensuring it is delivered on time and without errors.
  • Drive collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to long-term planning including forecasting, budgeting and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ensure strategic media plans align with client objectives.
  • Utilize the iProspect Craft planning process.
