The Marketing Executive – Merkle ARC (EMEA) plays a critical role in supporting ARC’s growth across the region, translating marketing strategy into high-impact campaigns, content and activations. This role is focused on driving execution excellence across campaigns, events, digital channels and content, ensuring consistent brand presence and measurable contribution to pipeline and growth.
Working closely with ARC leadership, sales and partner teams, the Marketing Executive will help bring ARC propositions to market, amplify thought leadership, and support go-to-market initiatives across priority industries and regions.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Support the development and execution of ARC marketing campaigns aligned to growth priorities.
- Coordinate closely with sales, partnerships and GTM teams to align marketing activity to commercial objectives.
- Manage timelines, deliverables and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently.
- Act as a central coordination point for ARC marketing activity across EMEA.
- Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, CRM, events and social channels.
- Support the creation of thought leadership, case studies and client-led content to showcase ARC capabilities.
- Deliver webinars, roundtables and events to engage target clients and partners.
- Coordinate paid and organic campaign activity to drive awareness, engagement and demand.
- Support CRM-driven campaigns and nurture activity to generate pipeline.
- Content & Brand Amplification
- Manage ARC social presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content across channels.
- Support creation of campaign assets, toolkits and messaging that can scale across markets.
- Maintain consistency in ARC brand and positioning across all marketing outputs.
- Work with internal teams to identify success stories and translate into market-facing content.
- Market Enablement & Growth Support
- Enable sales and partner teams with marketing assets, campaign support and messaging.
- Share best practice and campaign learnings across regions and teams.
- Support key industry initiatives, launches and priority GTM programmes alongside the markets.
- Ensure strong alignment between ARC marketing activity and strategic growth initiatives.
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, platforms or partnerships.
- Strong capability in campaign execution across multiple channels (digital, content, CRM, events).
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
