We’re hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to work from our office in London.
Responsibilities- Perform end-to-end business analysis across Enterprise Master Data processes, including client onboarding, market governance, data maintenance, and exception handling.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements that capture business objectives, process needs, and data usage.
- Lead requirements and process discovery workshops with business users, data owners, and subject matter experts.
- Develop and maintain business process models and functional process flows that show how business activities are supported by systems.
- Apply data analysis techniques to support business analysis, including reviewing data samples, identifying quality issues, and validating business rules.
- Ensure test plans, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria align with documented business processes and requirements.
- Proven experience in business analysis and business systems analysis within enterprise data or MDM environments.
- Strong experience analysing and documenting business processes, business requirements, and functional requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to use data analysis to inform business decisions and requirements definition.
- Experience leading requirements and process workshops.
- Experience supporting QA and validating testing against business requirements.
- This is a permanent role.
- The team is based in London and work on a hybrid basis.
