About the Role

The Director of Sales Enablement, Content and Research is accountable for defining and delivering the EMEA strategy for growth-focused sales content, research, and enablement platforms. This is a fixed-term maternity cover role, with full Director-level accountability and ownership for the EMEA growth-related content and research ecosystem during the contract period.

The role owns the end-to-end enablement system for insight and research, proposition and case study development through platform governance, adoption, and performance reporting, ensuring sales teams across EMEA are consistently equipped with relevant, pitch-ready, insight-led content that supports sales plans.
