Role purpose & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Vodafone global account in all aspects of account management, client relationships and project delivery with a key focus on managing our markets.
  • Reporting: manage the global reporting workstream e.g. investment, competitive, KPIs, effectiveness.
  • Account Management: Strong communication and project management skills required to work collaboratively with our global team and colleagues across local markets.
  • Thought leadership: drive process and support content for weekly and monthly sessions and newsletters.

  • Media and Insights skills: Knowledge of the media planning process and how this applies to global clients.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator: verbal, written, presentation, listening skills with internal and external stakeholders both senior and junior.
