Role purpose & Responsibilities:
- Support the Vodafone global account in all aspects of account management, client relationships and project delivery with a key focus on managing our markets.
- Reporting: manage the global reporting workstream e.g. investment, competitive, KPIs, effectiveness.
- Account Management: Strong communication and project management skills required to work collaboratively with our global team and colleagues across local markets.
- Thought leadership: drive process and support content for weekly and monthly sessions and newsletters.
