As a Manager, Business Transformation you will be a self‑starter with developing experience across strategy, transformation, and change. You will be eager to take on a wider range of responsibilities and aspire to be an advisor to business leaders. You will have strong analytical, research and presentation development skills (both written and spoken) and a highly proactive attitude. This position will provide an ambitious, team player the opportunity to develop within a cutting‑edge area of consulting.
Responsibilities
- Be focused on high quality delivery on workstreams across Business Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Service Transformation, and Change Management.
- Develop and manage your client and internal relationships, ensuring high‑quality project delivery (target 85% utilisation).
- Take initiative to develop areas of expertise in your area(s) of interest, and actively contribute to the knowledge base.
- Act as a role model; and be regularly sought out after for views by peers and the wider team.
- Contribute to a positive, diverse working environment that fosters high‑quality output and coaching others on the value of collaborative working.
- Identify opportunities, collaborate with data and technology teams to translate and advise on how AI can enable business transformation, improve customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and innovative technology and their implications for business models, ensuring recommendations are future‑facing.
Professional Skills
- 3–5 years of consulting experience at a leading strategy house or consulting firm.
- An emerging specialism in one or multiple areas of Business Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Service Transformation, or Change Management.
- Ability to challenge conventional views and present ideas persuasively to gain buy‑in.
- Able to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observation.
- Able to translate strategy and strategic thinking into executable solutions.
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong collaborator who can coordinate and influence a collective team‑based client relationship across complex matrix structures, both internally and externally, and manage significant stakeholders and key industry relationships.
- Confident building relationships and presenting to C‑suite clients.
- International mindset with experience working across multinational brands in a matrix organisation.
- Understanding of innovative technology concepts and applications in business context, and the ability to articulate the value of solutions to senior stakeholders and integrate into transformation roadmaps.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams to align innovation initiatives with strategic objectives.
