You'll sit at the centre of the partnership-responsible for commercial health, strategic direction, and ensuring the work lands effectively across markets. - Lead reviews, steer conversations, and keep momentum across stakeholders
- Programme & delivery oversight
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of the influencer programme across strategy, activation and reporting
- Ensure work is integrated from brief through to amplification (organic + paid)
- Maintain alignment across markets, partners and internal teams
- Drive consistency in how the programme shows up, while allowing for local relevance
- Commercial ownership
- Own the overall financial health of the account
- Manage scopes, change requests and commercial agreements
- Ensure delivery is efficient, scalable and aligned to agreed outputs
- Partner closely with operations to balance quality vs margin
- Strategy & quality control
- Ensure the programme delivers against its core objective: influencing behaviour and cultural norms, not just visibility
- Challenge briefs, elevate thinking and push for better work
- Maintain a clear line of sight between strategy, creators, content and outcomes
- Sign off key outputs and ensure a consistent point of view across markets
- Governance, compliance & risk management
- Own governance frameworks, ways of working and escalation processes
- Ensure all activity aligns with Pernod Ricard's legal, regulatory and responsible drinking requirements

- Creator & content ecosystem leadership
- Oversee how creators are selected, managed and activated at scale
- Ensure a consistent standard of briefing, contracting and delivery

- Integration with media & partners
- Ensure seamless collaboration with media agencies and amplification partners
- Align on roles, responsibilities and delivery timelines
- Drive a genuinely connected approach between influence and media
- Measurement & performance
- Oversee reporting frameworks and outputs
- Ensure insight is used to refine and improve the programme continuously
- Translate performance into clear client-facing narratives
What you'll bring
- Strong experience running complex, multi-market client programmes
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and its role within broader media ecosystems
- Comfortable operating in regulated categories (or equivalent governance-heavy environments)
- Commercially sharp-confident managing scopes, revenue and profitability
- Able to balance strategy, delivery and client leadership without dropping detail
- Calm under pressure, good at navigating ambiguity and multiple stakeholders
