Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the role is to work with clients and influencers in order to drive creative, innovative and effective talent-led campaigns & to provide support and assistance in managing the client’s proposals and to keep day to day activities running smoothly.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinates invoicing and payment process.
  • Responsible for inputting jobs onto Paprika and regularly updating.
  • Supports Manager in delivering outstanding client service through management of key projects.
  • Works with wider team to challenge client briefs, ensuring KPIs are achievable.
  • Collaborates with team to implement campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Responsible for influencer outreach and multiple campaign communications.
  • Builds trusted relationships with clients, agencies and influencer partners.
  • Delivers excellent execution of full campaigns.
  • Knows how to use and utilise all relevant tools.
  • Responsible for building and upkeep of case study library, tracker and other team resources.
