We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive, Hospitality & Events to support a major F1 global sponsorship hospitality programme. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to get their teeth stuck into the world of premium hospitality with our client, a major F1 Team sponsor, and broaden their skillset into global event delivery, onsite operations, premium hospitality, and cross-market project management. The role combines elements of account management with event operations, giving the Executive direct exposure to international stakeholders, clients, markets, and live event environments with the opportunity to support across multiple workstreams.

You will work closely with senior team members in London, the US and the Middle East, balancing time across multiple events throughout the CEMEA region. The role requires excellent coordination skills, strong communication while delivering consistently high standards of service. This role will report into the Director of Hospitality & Events and is based in London.

Responsibilities
  • Programme & Project Management
    • Support senior leads in delivering key workstreams for the F1 guest programmes across CEMEA markets, including guest logistics, transportation, accommodation, gifting, and at-track experiences.
    • Support the senior team with project plans, timelines, status trackers, and internal documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery across all workstreams.
    • Play a supporting role in budget tracking and financial administration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication
    • Contribute to client calls, status meetings, and programme updates by preparing information, presenting workstream progress, and sharing delivery insights.
    • Develop productive working relationships with internal teams in Dubai, London, the US, and global markets.
    • Support clear and consistent communication between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational & Event Delivery
    • Assist in developing guest communications, itineraries, welcome materials, and programme documentation.
    • Support the onsite delivery of hospitality programmes at F1 races, contributing to guest services, logistics coordination, hotel operations, and event execution.
    • Support in the development and refinery of guest journey plans to ensure a seamless experience throughout each event.
  • Supplier & Vendor Coordination
    • Work closely with hotels, transport providers, production vendors, and local operators to ensure all elements are delivered accurately and to brand standards.
    • Prepare briefs, gather quotes, manage timelines, and maintain consistent communication with suppliers.
  • Administration
    • Take ownership and responsibility for administrative tasks, managing others to deliver too.
    • Regular reporting of task completion and updates to managers and above.
    • Coordinating finance requires on projects using company systems and processes effectively (setting up job numbers, estimates etc.).
  • Culture & Values
    • Support managers in agency culture initiatives.
    • Support our culture and values targets by involving yourself in the planning and delivery of culture and value initiatives.
  • Self-Development
    • Keep up to date with industry news and share with wider team as appropriate.
    • Take ownership of personal development with the support of line manager.
    • Take ownership of personal goals and drive regular catch ups with line manager.
What we’re looking for
  • Essential:
    • Experience in account management, events, hospitality, sponsorship, or a related field.
    • Strong organisational and project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Confident communicator who can support client interaction and articulate progress clearly.
    • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
    • Ability to work onsite at international events and manage both operational and administrative responsibilities.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience working with global brands, sports properties, or rights holders.
    • Familiarity with guest hospitality operations such as transport coordination, accommodation management, gifting, or onsite event support.
    • Interest and experience in F1.
    • Prior agency experience.
    • Professional Working Proficiency of Arabic is desirable, but not essential.
